Marisa was born in Mexico City, lived in the United States in her teens and since 2007 has lived in Cabo San Lucas with her three children. She has a degree in International Relations with a specialty in International Politics from Universidad Iberoamericana and gained experience as a retail business owner and in management positions in the sports and telecommunications sectors. In 2015 she assumed the position of Executive Director of LCCF in order to consolidate it as an accepted organization among the multicultural community of Los Cabos and with the possibility of supporting all efforts aimed at giving the children of Baja California Sur a better quality of life through health.
